Home made "Baileys"? Hell yesssss.
Let's be honest, there is nothing stopping anyone from enjoying this bad boy allll year round but for some reason, it has become one of those things we only make at Christmas. Yep, as soon as December hits, these ingredients become staples on the shopping list and we spend the rest of the month (ok, and some of Jan) overindulging in this sweet, glorious and very healthy concoction of cream, whiskey and other good shiz.
The perfect night cap or post dinner sugar hit, this is a crowd pleaser. But be warned, it is highly addictive and will bring out the Greedy Gary in anyone.

395g (1 tin) condensed milk
1 shot (30ml) of coffee (optional)
Chocolate topping to taste (how much you add is up to you, we add a good squirt)
1. Put all ingredients in blender/Nutribullet/Thermomix/what have you and give it a good blitz
2. Chill in fridge (sealed)
3. Serve with ice and if feeling fancy, garnish with grated (mint) chocolate and raspberries
